Please note: All Tornado Hair Expert<\/strong> products are classified under “Category 8”<\/strong> of the Personal Care Products Law. Accordingly, returns or exchanges are strictly prohibited after the product has been opened or used<\/strong> based on customer preference (change of mind) for health and public safety reasons. Rights are limited to cases of proven manufacturing defects within the specified periods.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u2022 Initial Procedures:<\/p>\n

Send a video of the product; one of our customer service representatives will contact you to process the return request.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Terms and Duration:<\/p>\n

The return policy applies to all products. Consumers have the right to return the purchased product within 3 days<\/strong> of the delivery date shown on the invoice, provided it has not been opened or used and is in case of a manufacturing defect. The paid amount will be fully refunded (minus shipping costs) after we receive and inspect the product to verify its condition.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Return Steps:<\/p>\n

  • 1. Speak with a customer service representative to create a return request and generate a shipping label within 48 hours.<\/li>\n
  • 2. Choose your preferred refund method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u2022 Return Conditions (Condition):<\/p>\n

    The product must be in its original condition as received, with the factory seal unopened, untampered, or uncut. Damage must not result from negligence, misuse, scratches, or breakage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Consumers have the right to exchange the product within 7 days<\/strong> of the delivery date shown on the invoice in case of a manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n

    • 1. Send a video clearly showing the problem; a representative will contact you to process the exchange request.<\/li>\n
    • 2. The product will be submitted to the Warranty & Maintenance Department to decide on exchange or repair.<\/li>\n
    • 3. The inspection process is completed by the Warranty Department within 7 days of receiving the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u2022 Exchange Conditions:<\/p>\n

      Damage must not be caused by negligence, misuse, or exposed to scratches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      \u26a0\ufe0f Important Notices<\/h3>\n

      \u2022 If the return\/exchange period has expired, the customer is entitled to free maintenance only<\/strong> during the warranty period.<\/p>\n

      \u2022 If the customer wishes to return an opened but unused product, the company reserves the right to deduct 20%<\/strong> of the invoice value within a maximum of 14 days from the order.<\/p>\n

      \u2022 After the one-year maintenance warranty expires, the customer bears all costs (maintenance + shipping) as determined by the specialized department’s report.<\/p>\n

      Dear customers, the following parts are not covered by the warranty as they are considered consumable components:
      (Iron Plates “Ceramic” \/ External Product Body “Glossy Layer” \/ Brush Teeth & Volumizer)<\/strong>
      According to the law, these are consumable parts not subject to warranty. The company reserves the right to modify their warranty at any time and publish it on its website.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
