Delivery and pickup policy
• Product inspection or testing upon delivery is not permitted, especially for personal care products, to maintain health and safety standards.
• In case of any issues, please contact customer service; exchanges or returns are granted only in the event of a manufacturing defect.
• You may reject the order upon visual inspection; however, full shipping fees must be paid (even if the original offer included free shipping), provided the product arrived as specified.
• We fully guarantee our products; in the event of any malfunction, rest assured that we are at your service.
• If a technical defect is found, the product will be replaced with the exact same model immediately within 3 days (replacement with a different product is not permitted).
• Personal Products: Any personal care product that has been used or tested cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
• General Exchange: You may exchange the product for another model only if it remains unused and in its original unopened packaging on the same day of delivery. This is done via WhatsApp, with the customer bearing all shipping costs.
